The experience was relatively stress free and rewarding. My salesperson, Clarence Logan, was a no-pressure salesperson who I would recommend to others (and I have). He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I gave him a target for my payments, and he was able to get my payments close to what I wanted. The Sales Manager was exceptional as well.

I had a very good experience, just wish I had more options of what color vehicle I wanted. I was sold a DEMO vehicle (credits allowed) but wish they could have tried to get me a better option.

The last 3 service calls were unsatisfactory: oil changes never showed the same amount added and the tires were not rotated.

I bought my Tahoe from Strosniders in 2018. For the first 6 years I had first class impeccable service on my Tahoe. But over the l ast 2 years I have found the new younger mechanics doing less than first clas work. It seems since 2024 the service work has been subpar. They either can't fix the problem, taking much longer than quoted, or just don't resolve the issue, forcing me to bring my vehicle back. If you like your vehicle then take it somewhere else! I first brought my vehicle here to have the Air Conditioner looked at because it was not working, keep in mind this vehicle is less than a year old. Originally they thought it was a software issue so reflashed the computer. They told me it fixed the issue and after picking it up it was clear it was not fixed. I had a great experience at Strosnider Chevrolet in Hopewell, VA. I brought my 2018 Chevrolet Equinox in for an oil change and mentioned that I thought I might need brakes. They checked everything out and confirmed that I did, in fact, need brakes.
What I really appreciated was that they were able to add the brake service that same day instead of making me come back for another appointment. That saved me a lot of time and made the whole experience much more convenient.
