Went in for my free oil change and tire rotation on the used car I bought there about 9 months ago. I was getting ready for a big trip and wanted to get this done. So, I am driving down the road for about 15 minutes and checked my tire pressures which should be 36ish all around. My left rear tire was at 28 lbs. Everyone was very helpful. They were willing to work with us and made the process easy.
Very pleasant experience. I went in for an oil change and was taken in promptly at my scheduled appointment time. I only had to wait about an hour and was able to sit in the waiting area which was cool and clean. When the service was complete, Jeff came in and walked me to the receptionist to complete the visit.
I have dealt with Strosnider for many years. The service department has always been very helpful but with the passing of my husband several years ago; I know I can count on them to help me.

We have bought two cars from them in the last 2 years and couldn’t be happier with our purchases and the sales team who worked with us. Buying a car while having two small kids with you can be difficult. Our sales rep was very patient, professional, and accommodating.
They reviewed my ad of Facebook... showed interest and our conversations turned into an offer that was very fair.
Very little communication. It took way too long to complete the work and all of the work wasn’t even completed. I would call for hours and couldn’t get my adviser on the phone for an update or questions. I even had to drive there to get answers. I’m also pretty sure that I have more issues than what I went in with.

I always get excellent service. I have had two tire sensors good out within 2 weeks of each other and then again one of the two that were replaced went on the blink again, but this time they replaced at no cost.

Poor communication. Had a tire sensor changed and also wanted them to check out my driver side mirror which was had popped out and I couldn't get it seeded right. After being called that everything was done two hours later, the service rep told me that they had to replace the mirror and I would have to come back instead of telling me after they diagnosed it. I recently bought a 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT. Mr. Dave Benson was the sales associate that assisted me with the transaction. He was phenomenal from start to finish. I let him know exactly what I wanted and he showed it to me. Mr. Benson is truly an incredible asset to your organization. The facility inside was immaculate. Also one of the sales associates was leading a devotional for anyone listening right on the sales floor. Thought that was awesome! I will definitely come back here for my next vehicle!
Follow up on paperwork and documents is lacking. Multiple calls needed to get my trade In paid off - took two weeks to same GM Finance. After a month I still do t have plates and registration, and GM Platinum warranty is not showing up on my online Chevy account, again multiple texts to salesman.

I am an older woman who knows little about mechanics, so it is essential for me to have someone that I can trust for routine maintenance as well as issues that arise. They did not check my fluids, they did not reset my computer to show what they did do, They also weren’t all that concerned about it when we appointed the errors out. My biggest problem with the whole thing was the fact that I dropped off my truck the day before my appointment. I dropped it off there, they had the keys, it was there for an oil change, the appointment time was 9:30 am. I couldn't get there at 930. That is the reason it was dropped off. When made appointment I was informed I had two more free oil changes yall charge me. Unprofessional. One person said the free oil changes had expired and other said I did have two free oil changes but I had paid for service. I brought my truck in 2022 paid straight cash for dodge ram over $50,000.00. Personal what to lie about oil change. Never come back to that dealership again.

Had a nine am apt to fix tire pressure sensor Finally got out two and half hours later. Was told they were behind in fixing things. They replaced two tire sensor things but did not consult with me before doing it. It was fine however that both were replaced. I felt like if you have a certain apt things should get done as stated for your apt time
